Had a problem adding bonus, emailed customer service on Sunday, received a reply first thing Monday morning and applied code as advised in email, bonus added. Many thanks... Well done..

The App keeps freezing, especially when playing Instant Win. I've un-installed and re-installed three times. Still frozen. I give up.

I would give no stars if possible. I supported them in the past with no issues. Today I decided to support them again. I tried to add £10 to my account. The website freezes. Then my bank alerted me they took £20. I then had to withdraw £10. Then I decided to use their promotion £5 for £10. PLAY10 code. I was alerted the promotion was added to my account. Placed the order but only received the 5 tickets I bought. Emailing them is useless as of course there are no problems with the website. As per usual with companies they state use Google Chrome that is updated. Also the promo code can be used again but it expires today. Reading several reviews there are problems.They are obviously not worried about who supports then because at the end of the day all they needed to do was apply the 5 extra tickets. But they are full of excuses. Will be withdrawing the left over £5 in my account and never supporting them again.

I took advantage of there buy 10 get 10 free, and when I placed the offer it said offer already applied I continued but no free tickets, as the offer was out of date, what Abscam, I know it is a charity and I have supported them in the past, but I have was mislead and now they don't answer my emails

You need to update your app.. it either freezes, completely shuts down. The scratch cards don't load. Rubbish!!

They do not name charities that they have helped, nor do they keep a running, updated blog detailing where our money has gone and who it has supported. Hundreds, if not thousands of members of the public play each week, so there really is zero excuse for this.

To add to this, real people are not shown to have won. They sometimes have a banner with the repeated message "Tim - from Sheffield has won!". How many Timothy's are there in Sheffield? Why do they aall go by the nickname of 'Tim', and not their full given name? Are they in a club? Do they all regularly buy tickets via direct debit, and are *and all they all constantly winning? Does nobody else in Sheffield play (and win)? Does nobody else in any other area of the UK play or win? How much did he win? Which date did he win?

The website is an absolute joke.

Not only this, but the pricing structure is nonsensical. It drops from 100k (25k if you win on a tuesday or friday) down to a few thousand and the hundreds, then singles. Then there's 'quickwin' every three minutes? Surely, everyone in the UK would have won by now? I have never seen anyone presented on their website who has won?

This is clearly a scam and the organisation needs investigating.

I was on the app called In your area and I was using a code advertised for a free ticket on the health lottery in fact twice I tried with it for a ticket bur it was invalid after some attempts I was awarded a free ticket

Can't deposit its just saying internal error every time so won't bother playing on here

Totally impossible to change my debit card details . The old one hadn't expired the bank
just changed it. I will have to close the acount I guess. Not a user friendly site.

I used to play the Health Lottery up until 2019, but I stopped why ? because when I went to check the results / prize breakdown on who won after each draw I couldn't find any information.

Let me explain, The Health lottery do five daily draws from Tuesday - Saturday, but if you check there own website, there no real proof of anybody really winning anything, all you see are the numbers from that days draw.

If you go onto beatlottery.co.uk you can check the health lotteries detailed history going back from Saturday the 30th of April 2022, to Saturday the 8th of October 2011, and you'll see no breakdown of who won that Lottery draw, make your own mind up people.

In January 2021, I emailed the Gambling Association, about this type of behaviour, and they replied that I should write to the Health Lottery, get a reply from them, and then inform the Gambling Association of what the Health Lottery had said, I didn't bother, the Gambling Association are only interested in themselves. so the question still remains why don't you show the paying public, your customers the results of you daily draws ?

Many years ago you would of had people like Watchdog, or Rouge Traders to protect us from people like the Health lottery, you hide under the blanket of "HEALTH LOTTERY" when in fact your just another business trying to make money, and the way in which you encourage people to gamble more by saying spend £10 and get this £5 pounds worth of free tickets is totally wrong.

Is the real reason why you don't have to release the prize structure, is because your a private company and you not obliged to do so, I then have to ask the paying public to wise up, you've stated that your winners page, show you have winners, but these articles are never dated, and the winners cheques are also never dated, people leave this so called Lottery alone.

This review wasn't planned but for the last three years you've been sending me unwanted email's, and every time, I pressed the Un scribe button you've totally Ignored my request not to be harassed by unwanted emails, I've got better things to be doing on my bank Holiday Monday.

I have emailed the health lottery to close my account. I tired many times on their web page and didnt let me do it !!! Today morning I received email from them £6 of lottery ticket they charged which i didnt play myself....
their web page is not user friendly.
it is really hard to find someone to talk with
because of this reason to dont trust the company and stop playing with

I've been trying to play scratchcards the last couple of week and although i have money in my wallet it wont play on any card. It lets me play the draw game and quick win but not scratchcards.

I was really panicking after accidentally setting up a direct debit when all I wanted to do was add funds to play one game. I couldn’t find what to do on the site but cancelled it with my bank, then emailed the health lottery. I received a helpful email telling me to go to my account then to my wallet and cancel,Brilliant all done now. Had I known about the wallet area I wouldn’t have panicked as much and now I will be more careful on sites like this. I do feel it shouldn’t be that easy to make a mistake like setting up a direct debit. lesson learned, although it’s Put me off playing online now.
